Choosing the Right DietChoosing the correct diet for your child can be daunting. The key is not to get sucked in by all the hype. approach diet like any other biomedical therapy. Each diet has pros and cons and will work great for some and not at all for others. The food your child eats or refuses to eat can give you great clues as to which diets to look at first. Once you have decided a particular diet may be worth trying, do a reasonable diet trial (some as short as 1-2 weeks others will need a couple of months). |

When you have found a diet which improves the quality of life for your child, it is time to make sure it doesn't interfere to much with Mom's quality of life. Simply print off the appropriate food/rule list for the diet you are following. Then add it to your organizer so that you can consult it as you are doing your weekly menu planning. Remember: everything "At Your Fingertips" makes life easier!
